In this episode we speak with Angel Guzman. Boxing coach and former employee of Constance's, Angel tells the story of how he got into the group fitness industry. He eventually became known as Constance's "Work husband"! After having a great deal of success, he subsequently left the industry due to burnout. Upon leaving the industry his parting words were, "I came. I conquered."
